Wanted: Progressive Physiotherapist

Position Overview

As a Physiotherapist at Near Me Therapy, you will work closely with chiropractors, RMTs, kinesiologists, dental hygienists, naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, and counsellors to deliver evidence-based, whole-body rehabilitation.

Ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, interdisciplinary communication, and a positive practice culture.

Assets (not required):
Pelvic floor rehab, hand therapy, vestibular rehab, IMS/dry needling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and design individualized rehab plans.

  • Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to address postural, TMJ, and systemic influences on recovery.

  • Participate in ICBC and WorkSafeBC programs.

  • Maintain accurate charting in JaneApp.

  • Educate patients on ergonomics, posture, and self-management.

  • Engage in team meetings and case discussions.

  • Optional involvement in community outreach and education.

Qualifications

  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with CHCPBC.

  • Eligible to practice as an independent contractor in BC.

  • Professional liability insurance (required).

  • Strong foundation in MSK and orthopaedic rehab.

  • Experience with ICBC/WorkSafeBC billing an asset (training available).

  • Familiarity with JaneApp an asset.

  • New graduates welcome — mentorship and support available.

Compensation

  • Independent contractor model, reviewed annually.

  • Above-market split with incentives based on experience and certifications.
