Gitika Sharma MScPT, BPEC

Physiotherapist and Kinesiologist

Gitika is a passionate physiotherapist with a deep-rooted passion for rehabilitation and functional recovery. Her journey into healthcare was shaped early on following her father’s motor vehicle accident in 2010—an experience that inspired her commitment to helping individuals restore movement, regain independence, and return to the activities that matter most.

She brings diverse clinical and performance-based experience, having worked closely with athletes on injury recovery, taping strategies, and strength and conditioning. Her approach is grounded in functional training, postural optimization, and ergonomic awareness, allowing her to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and real-world performance.

Gitika’s education in physiotherapy, kinesiology, and personal training is complemented by advanced certifications in kinesiology taping (RockTape), soft tissue release, and TMJ rehabilitation. She delivers evidence-informed, patient-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, Gitika fosters strong therapeutic relationships and ensures accessible, culturally inclusive care for a diverse patient population.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys cheering on the Vancouver Canucks and embracing the role of a tourist in her own city—exploring local gems, new food spots, and scenic views across the Lower Mainland.

Tyson Popoff R.Ac.

Registered Acupuncturist

Tyson is a Registered Acupuncturist with a strong focus on treating musculoskeletal conditions and helping clients move, feel, and perform at their best. He has a particular interest in myofascial decompression (MFD), a modern, movement-based soft tissue technique that uses negative pressure while clients actively move. He also incorporates IMS-style needling to improve tissue mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and support recovery.

With an extensive background in high-level athletics, Tyson understands the physical demands of training, competition, and everyday movement. Whether working with athletes striving to perform at their peak or individuals looking to return to pain-free daily activities, he takes an individualized, evidence-informed approach to care.

Tyson believes that effective treatment doesn’t have to be intimidating. He creates a relaxed, welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, involved in their care, and able to enjoy the treatment process. His goal is for every client to leave not only feeling better physically, but also having had a positive experience that makes them look forward to their next visit.

Sonia Dhillon MPCC-Prov

Clinical Counsellor

Sonia takes a warm, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to counselling, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore the deeper patterns beneath anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Her work goes beyond surface-level coping by helping clients better understand themselves, reconnect with their emotions and nervous system, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Drawing from modalities such as CBT, DBT, somatic approaches, narrative therapy, and attachment-based work, Sonia tailors sessions to each individual client’s needs. She believes therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and grounded — a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported as they navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery.
