Who can refer a patient?
Physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists, specialists and other health professionals can refer. Patients can also book directly without a referral.
Can I refer a patient for a home visit?
Yes. Call or email us and say the patient needs a home visit, and we'll arrange mobile physiotherapy or kinesiology at their home or care home in Langley, Cloverdale or Clayton Heights. Other areas are considered case by case.
What information should I include?
The patient's name, date of birth and phone number, your contact details, the service requested and a short reason. Attach your referral letter or form if you have one.
How quickly will you contact the patient?
We aim to contact referred patients within 2 business days, and sooner for urgent requests if you call us.
Do you send updates back to the referring practitioner?
Yes. With your patient's consent, we send a summary after their assessment.
Does my patient need a referral to be seen?
No. Referrals help us coordinate care, but patients can book any service directly. Some insurance plans ask for a referral for reimbursement.
Ready to book?
No referral needed. Book online any time, or call and we'll find the right practitioner and a time that works for you.
